There are legal benefits available for small business owners. The Small Business Association (SBA) offers help on keeping your business compliant with federal and state laws. They also offer free business counseling. You can contact your local SBA for additional information. According to Capterra, there are lots of places you can get free legal advice. Local libraries, nonprofits, and courts often host free legal aid clinics where attorneys volunteer to provide basic legal advice. Your local state bar association is another valuable resource for legal aid hotlines and can help with small business topics. They can help you become successful faster and there are many more options today than just regular traditional bank loans. These loans are usually available to businesses that have been running successfully and earning revenue for at least a year. Revenue must be at a certain rate per year to qualify as well.
